Once provided with the Total Cost Analysis we are able to provide you with a proposal within 30 minutes at which point the savings is recognized and the business is initiated! At that point we arrange everything on our end and you need not lift a finger. Our process provides you with:
- The delivery of the unit
- The installation of the unit and its accessories
- The networking - this translates into our IT staff enabling the communication from the device to all of the computers in your office. We activate high speed scanning, network printing and faxing, setting up the proper account codes, email addresses and any thing else required; our IT guys can do it all.
- Your sales rep will then stop by and train you on how to use the machine. By the time he leaves you will be fluent in every feature and know your way around it perfectly.
